We may think we are unaffected by our social environment or those with whom we spend our time or by what we consume with our eyes and ears but we are - all of us are.
I am an extraordinarily strong minded - strong willed person but have found myself caught up in temporal matters which bring me down and even cause an undertone of anger.
What we dwell on in our thoughts becomes what we dwell in ( where we live) and usually comes out of our mouth when we share our mind.
